Delete your account

What happens next

Send the form with the details you use in the app. We use them to find your account and confirm that the request comes from you.

• We may email you to verify your identity before deleting anything.
• Your profile, listings, messages and verification documents are erased.
• We keep only the records we must hold by law, such as payment and transaction records.
• Any open booking, deposit or amount owed must be settled first.
• For Yimshi Elite, remaining Yimshi Points are handled as described in the Elite Terms, Article 5.
